About Who Held Your Hand

What We Do

All of our lives are filled with unanswered questions and experiences that could and would be made easier if we had someone with prior knowledge there to hold our hands while we encountered them. We each possess a wealth of knowledge on an unlimited number of subjects and if given the opportunity, we would share that information openly and honestly without malice or judgment if a forum existed for us in which to do so. Over the course of our lifetimes, we will all have numerous life experiences that will make each of us experts many times over. WHYH© seeks to pool that expertise and give users the opportunity to benefit from the many years of collected experience.

Our Mission

The ultimate goal of Who Held Your Hand© is to show people how their past experiences are capable of assisting others in healing, helping when needed, and being helped without asking. If we all open up our lives to scrutiny and share, we are capable of changing the course of humanity on the planet as we know it, with love and no hidden agendas. Until we realize that we are capable of healing each other, we as human beings will continue to lead lives of quiet desperation, in need of resuscitation. Healing is capable of occurring if we recognize that we are interconnected to one another through our actions, thoughts, and deeds. We all deserve to feel loved, important, appreciated, and secure in knowing that our happiness matters. By opening the hearts and minds of each person on the planet and showing them that they are capable of offering help, they may in turn be more receptive to receiving help.

WHYH© seeks to transform the lives of others in every corner of the globe through the recognition of giving and receiving hope. By being living examples and showing people through the power of sharing their life experiences, all of our lives can be forever changed for the better. We are all a part of the universe’s collective consciousness and forgiveness must be a part of that vision. Forgiving ourselves and then others must first occur before growth is possible. Cruelty, bullying, judgment and condescension have no place on Who Held Your Hand© and will not be tolerated. Anyone that is found violating the user agreement will find their page removed immediately.

How to Use This Website

If you have a story that you would like to submit for publication consideration, click Share Your Story. Click Video Diary to create your own life road map and remember, WHYH© is ALL about sharing how someone was there to Hold Your Hand or how you were able to hold the hand of someone else. WHYH© is also looking for Video Stories of individuals and their life narratives to highlight online daily. If you or someone you know has a compelling, uplifting story that others will find helpful or inspiring, please contact us and share the details. Otherwise, if you are going through something in your life and would like guidance and sincere, supportive input regarding your ongoing struggle, WHYH© would also welcome featuring you through the adversity that you are currently experiencing.
